Recently I have been writing quite a bit about improving one’s presentation skills. One of the things you can do to make your presentations more effective is to utilize rich data visualization tools that manipulate the data for you into visually appealing charts, graphs, tables, diagrams, and maps. You may say, “Well, I already use Excel for that!” Well, guess what? There are far better tools to display your data than what Excel can provide!

O’Reilly’s web page, 28 Rich Data Visualization Tools, reviews the latest tools to enrich your data with descriptive and effective visualization. Check them out! You may find exactly what you need to make your next presentation “pop” and take your audience to the next level so that they will “really get” the point.
